IXA Cosfest 2019
IXA Cosfest 2019 was one of TCG’s earliest steps toward building a cosplay and anime community in Agartala. What began as a small, bootstrapped gathering was driven by nothing more than a shared love for anime, cosplay, and the desire to bring like-minded people together.
It was a modest beginning, but it proved something important: there were people in Tripura who wanted a place to celebrate the fandoms they loved together.
IXA Cosfest became the first chapter of a journey that would eventually grow into Tripura Cosplay Guild (TCG).
The Northeast Japan Caravan 2025 AGARTALA
Northeast Japan Caravan 2025 occurred in Agartala on February 1–2, 2025, at Rabindra Bhawan, organized by the Embassy of Japan in India and The Japan Foundation.
We had the chance to collaborate with the organizers, particularly for the cosplay segment of the carnival, assisting in bringing cosplay and Japanese pop culture into the festivities.
For us, it was a significant chance to represent and lend a hand to the local cosplay community while participating in a broader cultural exchange between Japan and Northeast India.
